Our diverse team of trainers brings a wide range of backgrounds and expertise, united by one shared passion: empowering people through strength training. Whether you’re an individual or athlete looking for highly dialed-in personal training, or someone who prefers the energy and camaraderie of group classes, we’ve created a space where hard work meets genuine community. We’re serious about our craft – but we never take ourselves too seriously. Co-Owner, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor Sport and exercise has been a part of my life since the age of 4 and later in life I pursued a degree in Human Movement Sciences as it became my passion professionally. I've competed in multiple sports at a relatively high level but my true passion lies in strength and conditioning and S&C work as a method of improving performance and quality of life which lead to chose it as my specialty. Whether you are an athlete or simply someone wanting to look after their health, the importance of strength work cannot be emphasized enough Strong bodies are resilient bodies.

Grant Gait-Smith

Co-Owner, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor

Sport and exercise has been a part of my life since the age of 4 and later in life I pursued a degree in Human Movement Sciences as it became my passion professionally. It's the cycle of training and doesn't make you bad at training. An interesting fact about me is that I am batman's biggest fan. I love batman so much that it is embedded in the aesthetics of NLF.
